Adamson University conducts its full face-to-face classes for the second semester of the academic year 2022–2023 after successfully implementing a hybrid-flexible (HyFlex) learning modality for the first semester.

The Office of the President released a memorandum stating that all undergraduate programs, along with the Juris Doctor program and Basic Education Department, will "conduct 100 percent in-person classes and internship/OJT exposure."

However, Graduate School units attached to the different colleges are exempt and may adopt different learning modalities, while enrolled students in a thesis or dissertation writing are required to be physically present on campus to work out their papers with their advisers.

Meanwhile, after the first two weeks of the first semester of the school year, Adamson University presents the HyFlex set-up—a mix of online and face-to-face learning that splits classes with more than 20 students into two batches.

Batch 1 is the group of students with surnames from A to K, while Batch 2 is the group of students with surnames from L to Z. Through a weekly rotation, these two batches shift between the two learning modalities.

Adamson University assures that safety measures are being implemented for the full face-to-face classes and might still revert to HyFlex Learning if the situation calls for it.
