For the benefit of its students, teachers, and staff, Adamson University of the Philippines announced recently a cooperation with the PhilSys National ID program.
The PhilSys National ID, also referred to as a social identity card, is a government program that seeks to standardize all national identification protocols. Each citizen receives a unique identity number from the program, which also includes biometric and personal information.
The relationship would not only help streamline operations inside the university, but it will also establish a more effective and secure identification process for people. Adamson University will assist its students and employees in applying for their PhilSys National ID.
The administration of Adamson's school highlighted the crucial part that PhilSys National ID plays in promoting openness and reducing fraud, particularly in relation to financial transactions at the university.
The director of the Office for Student Affairs of Adamson University stated, "Partnering with PhilSys National ID is our way of optimizing our operations and creating a comfortable transaction for our university stakeholders. It is crucial to ensuring that the university community is safe and secure.
Adamson University joins the various organizations that support the PhilSys National ID program as a result of the relationship. Every Filipino citizen will receive a special identification number as part of the plan, which also intends to improve social services and security measures in the nation.
